This article explores the critical relationship between innovation, female leadership and sustainability in Moroccan entrepreneurship. Through an in-depth analysis of existing literature, it examines how women business leaders in Morocco, through their leadership styles and ability to innovate, integrate the principles of sustainable development (economic, social and environmental) into their organizations and ecosystems. The research highlights the types of innovations favored (particularly social and ecological innovations) and their alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It also identifies the challenges and opportunities associated with integrating technologies for sustainable impact, as well as the specificities of female leadership in the responsible entrepreneurship approach. Although theoretical in nature, this study proposes significant managerial and societal implications, underlining the essential role of Moroccan women entrepreneurs as agents of change for a more sustainable future. Finally, it opens up avenues for future empirical research to validate and deepen these hypotheses.
